You are invited to join Corrinna and Simranjeet for an Equinox Sound Bath.

The autumn equinox is a time of reflection, to return to balance and presence so come and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Gong, Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls.  We'll take you on a journey of pure relaxation, restoring balance, promoting feelings of calm and serenity.

We love connecting with our community so we'll close the evening with plenty of tea and snacks!

Please bring a yoga mat to lay on, a blanket, pillow or cushion to rest your head on and anything else you need to feel comfortable!
